What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What subscription do you have?

What issue are you seeing?
Windows setup fails after I approve the administrator prompt.
Error: helper_sandbox_lock_failed
Details: SetNamedSecurityInfoW sandbox dir failed: 5
Affected folder: C:\Users\karen.codex.sandbox-bin
App version: 26.908.4834.0
The app subsequently uses windows.sandbox = "unelevated". Restarting normally and opening as administrator do not restart setup. I need a supported way to repair and rerun Windows setup.
