Windows Codex 桌面版 26.908.40834 出現失效對話入口。開啟時顯示「Failed to resume chat／file does not exist」。本機找不到對應紀錄檔與資料庫紀錄，讀取及封存也回覆找不到對話，其他對話仍可使用。請調查紀錄缺失及殘留入口無法移除的問題。原始原因尚未確認。
