What happened:
Opening one existing ChatGPT Work conversation in the desktop app causes the “ChatGPT encountered a problem / Retry” screen within 30 seconds.

Retrying does not resolve it. Fully quitting and restarting the app also did not resolve it. The same conversation can be read in Chrome on the web.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the desktop app.
2. Open the affected existing ChatGPT Work conversation.
3. Wait less than 30 seconds.
4. The error screen appears.
5. Restart the app and reopen the conversation; the error recurs.

Expected behavior:
The conversation should remain readable without an error screen.

Observed error:

Component stack includes:

Latest confirmed occurrence:
2026-09-13 09:53:46, Asia/Shanghai (UTC+8).

Related symptom:
