Description
What variant of Codex are you using?
App
What feature would you like to see?
Add a per-project/repository setting to automatically show the Codex pet when specific projects are open.
Example behavior:
Mark a project as a “pet project”
Codex automatically shows the pet while that project is active
Hide the pet again when switching to another project
Besides being useful as a project-specific UI preference, it makes the “pet project” idea literal, which feels very on-brand for the existing pet feature.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing pet feature and the App's project or repository settings. Trace how the active project changes are detected and how the pet is shown or hidden. Done means a project can be marked as a pet project, the pet appears while it is active, and it hides when switching projects.
