Codex in ChatGPT Android: skill references show SKILL.md and cannot be opened

What issue are you seeing?

In Codex within the ChatGPT Android app, references to skills appear as the generic filename SKILL.md instead of the actual skill name. The references cannot be tapped to open and read the referenced skill contents.

This makes different skills hard to distinguish and prevents the user from inspecting the instructions Codex is referencing.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Suggested reproduction based on the user report:

1. Open ChatGPT on Android and open a Codex task containing a response that references an installed skill.
2. Inspect the displayed skill reference label.
3. Tap the reference to read that skill.

User-reported result: the label is SKILL.md, and the referenced skill contents cannot be opened from the reference.

What is the expected behavior?

• Display the actual referenced skill name, such as Design and typography, Testing standards, or Astro SEO.
• Make the reference tappable and open readable contents for that specific skill on Android.
