What issue are you seeing?
In VSCode with WSL remote, I cannot change the model an d reasoning level, it defaults to Astra High. After starting a chat, I can change the model. But it took me a while and I do not want to burn quota on just loading my detailed custom instructions. Eg this chat on the picture just wasted 3% of my quote
