Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in Codex App 26.903.61454 on macOS with a Pro account using advanced account security and selecting Daybreak Blue. Compare the failing requests with Astra requests and verify whether the 401 response is limited to the Daybreak Blue model; done means normal Daybreak Blue interactions work without the authorization error.
