What issue are you seeing?

same issue as https://github.com/openai/codex/issues/25820?utm_source=chatgpt.com and all the others that have this problem. Magically phone verification suddenly became required, and i get You've made too many phone verification requests. Please try again later after literally 24 hours of waiting. Theres no way to add phone manually through the settings or anyhting like that, I havent received a single text message regardless of which phone I use, and i keep getting too many request bullshit...

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I have no clue -- create a new account and if it requires to add phone it fucks you
