Hello OpenAI Support,

I am currently experiencing an issue where multiple GPT-5.6 models are unavailable on my account.

Whenever I try to use the models, I repeatedly receive the following error:

“Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model.”

I have already tried switching between different models, including:
• GPT-5.6 Luna Medium
• GPT-5.6 Sol High

However, the same error continues to appear even after multiple attempts.

This issue has persisted for an extended period of time and does not appear to be a temporary capacity issue. My account still has available usage quota, so I am concerned that there may be an account-level model access restriction or abnormal model routing issue.

Could you please help check:
1. Whether my account currently has any model access restrictions.
2. Whether GPT-5.6 access on my account is functioning normally.
3. Whether there is any abnormal rate limit, capacity restriction, or account-level limitation.
4. If possible, please restore/reset my GPT-5.6 model access.

I have attached a screenshot showing the repeated error messages for reference.
