Windows版Codex 26.903.8094.0で、自動審査に拒否された操作の再審査入口が見つかりません。
同じタスクの入力欄へ /approve と最後まで入力しても、コマンド候補が表示されません。
対象は外部レビュー用資料437,638バイトの添付操作です。レビュー手順の100KiB上限を理由に拒否され、添付・送信とも未実行です。
安全制限の回避ではなく、このアプリ版で利用できる正式な再審査手順と対応条件を教えてください。資料・ログは添付していません。
