Usage randomly reaches 0, persists, then ignores reset an hour after usage, reverting back to previous usage

What issue are you seeing?

Usage randomly drops to 0% from whatever previous usage it was at, persists at this usage level and will never go back up, persist through app updates, restarts, and different computers. App allows usage reset to be used, which then brings limits back up to 100% for a short period of time, then reverts back to before the previous limit dropped to 0%, effectively scamming me out of 130% of weekly usage.

Weekly reset: September 14 at 9:34 PM EDT.

• The 100%/99% readings reported a different reset date before
  returning to the original window. They are conflicting snapshots,
  not confirmed resets. The 39%/40% fluctuations are as reported.

Token totals include repeatedly processed context.
Remaining allowance is not a fixed token balance.
Other-device or cloud usage absent from local logs is not included.

My usage be represented correctly and resets apply correctly

This is not the first time this has happened. this has happened 2 times in 1 week so far. Steps to reproduce box would not let me add or edit any text so that's all you get, I have no steps to reproduce either way, so no issue.
