What issue are you seeing?

Hi,

I am contacting you regarding an abnormal issue with my weekly usage limits:

1. Sudden drop: My usage counter suddenly dropped from 11% to 0% without me running any queries or tasks.
2. Unwanted reset usage: Being blocked in my work, I had to use a full reset to get back to 100%.
3. Abnormal consumption rate: Right after exchanging a few messages on my project using the Luna model, my counter plunged back down to 11%. Burning through that much quota so quickly is clearly abnormal.

Due to this bug, I lost a full reset unnecessarily. Could you please investigate my account logs and restore my usage limits / reset token?

After the reset, the web interface correctly displayed 100%, with the next reset date scheduled in 7 days. However, as soon as the counter dropped back to 11%, that same reset date immediately reverted to 5 days.

It looks like the system rolled back to its previous state — the one where it randomly dropped my quota to 0%, forcing me to use a reset to get back to 100%, only to reapply the 11% right after. As a result, my reset token was wasted for nothing.

Start by reproducing the quota behavior with codex-cli 0.153.4 using the astra/luna model and the reported max x5 subscription, then use the Codex doctor report to verify the local installation and authentication state. Done means the quota does not drop to 0% unexpectedly and consuming a reset token produces the expected reset.
