Pinned project folders can no longer be manually reordered in the desktop sidebar. Their order appears fixed by the order in which they were pinned.

I could reorder these pinned project folders in earlier app versions. The problem has persisted across multiple subsequent updates and is still present in 26.901.51231. The first affected version and last known working version were not recorded.

This concerns the project/folder rows themselves in the pinned area, rather than the chats inside a project. With many active projects, being unable to arrange them by current work priority creates repeated friction in daily navigation.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open the macOS desktop app with several project folders.
2. Pin at least three project folders, for example A, B and C.
3. Try to drag C above A to change the order of the pinned project folders.
4. Observe that the desired order cannot be set; the order remains determined by pinning order.
