A newly generated QR code scans and pairing succeeds. On iPhone and iPad, starting the remote session then remains loading and shows an invalid server response.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Open Codex remote control on an iPhone or iPad.
- Generate and scan a new QR code from the Codex desktop app.
- Start the remote session.
Pairing succeeds, but the remote session remains loading and displays an invalid server response. Re-pairing did not fix it.
What is the expected behavior?
After successful QR pairing, the remote session should start normally on iPhone and iPad.
Additional information
The user does not use a VPN. Public status showed Codex operational when tested. Tried to connect to Macbook and VPS, none of both worked.
Tried to fix with Codex, but it says thats the problem is with OpenAI's backend.
