Picture-in-Picture window overlaps content when sidebar is opened

When Picture-in-Picture is enabled in the Codex app, opening the sidebar causes the PiP window to overlap the main content area.

The PiP window does not reposition itself when the sidebar expands, so it can cover text in the middle/right side of the conversation or editor.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open the Codex app.
2. Enable Picture-in-Picture.
3. Open the sidebar.
4. Observe the position of the PiP window.

What is the expected behavior?

The PiP window should reposition itself when the sidebar opens so that it does not cover the main content.

For example, it could move underneath the pinned summary area or otherwise remain within an unobstructed part of the layout.

Additional information

This is a relatively small UI issue, but it noticeably affects readability when using Picture-in-Picture together with the sidebar.

Reproduce the issue in the Codex app by enabling Picture-in-Picture, opening the sidebar, and observing whether the window covers the conversation or editor. Trace the sidebar and PiP layout behavior, then verify that opening the sidebar leaves the main content unobstructed and run the relevant UI checks if available.
