Since the last update, random fog appears at the top of the prompt box half-obscuring the first line. I don't know the condition but once it appears, it doesn't go away until I restart VS Code (or "reload" window) to remove it.
It doesn't appear just with the dark high contrast theme; it happened with the light theme, too.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
