Description
What variant of Codex are you using?
Codex desktop for Windows
What feature would you like to see?
Currently there is an automatic reload toggle in the Usage & billing page that will automatically buy credits whenever you hit your weekly usage limit. But it would be nice if it could first try and use up any banked resets that you might still have, starting with the one that will expire the soonest. So i'd propose 2 toggles, one for enabling buying credits when you hit a limit, the second one for automatically using the banked reset (if available) whenever you hit a limit. If both are enabled it should try to use up a banked reset first instead of buying credits.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the Usage & billing automatic reload flow in the Codex desktop experience, then trace how weekly limits, credit purchases, and banked resets are handled. Done means separate toggles exist, an available reset expiring soonest is used before purchasing credits, and both options work together as described.
