Description

PR #43421 removed codex-rs/app-server/README.md, but its description does not point to replacement documentation.

Where should developers now find the documentation for the app-server protocol? If it has moved, could a link be added to the repository so developers can find the current reference?

Could you also clarify whether the app-server protocol remains intended for public use by external clients, or whether this removal reflects a change in that direction?

Thanks for clarifying.
