• 看起来是 Codex 子代理管理/恢复层的问题，不是你的操作错误。 我已读到这些 session，文件和完成记录确实还在。但仅凭当前日志，还不能确定
no logger available 的具体根因。

现在有两处明确的不一致：

• /subagents 无法打开线程，但对应 JSONL 仍可正常读取。
