Research direction

No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the issue with Codex App 26.901.51231 on Windows using feedback ID 01a07d2e-327c-7243-9e7e-286e5c78a6ba; done means deleting the Web-created Work-mode conversation removes it from the Desktop sidebar and its actions no longer remain unusable.
