Description
What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?
26.901.51231
What subscription do you have?
Pro 5x
What platform is your computer?
Darwin 25.6.0 arm64 arm
What issue are you seeing?
Tasks created through Android Remote appear in Recently on macOS but are missing from their expanded project in Projects view, despite having the correct project association.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Create a remote chat in a project on android. See that it never shows up in the project folder on codex MacOS. If you go to the recents tab, you can see it but it will never be under the project, even though it's under the project in the android app.
What is the expected behavior?
The session should show up on the Mac as well.
Additional information
Permissions are weird on chats started from Android app too. They show as "Full access" but prompt for permission to do anything.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. First reproduce the Android remote-chat flow with a project, then compare the session's project association and permissions when it appears in macOS Recently but not in Projects; done means the session appears in the expanded macOS project with correct permissions.
