What issue are you seeing?
It looks like one of my codex sessions sent an event to another session (because I see "Sent by ChatGPT from another task" on one message), and now I'm always getting the error "input.138.type: Invalid input" when I try to chat (on the session to which the event was sent to)
What steps can reproduce the bug?
