It looks like one of my codex sessions sent an event to another session (because I see "Sent by ChatGPT from another task" on one message), and now I'm always getting the error "input.138.type: Invalid input" when I try to chat (on the session to which the event was sent to)

Research direction

No source files, tests, or entry points are identified in the report. Start by reviewing the session associated with feedback ID 01a07803-20ee-7842-bc23-a1fae3d87b51 and reproducing the input.138.type validation error after the cross-session event; done means the affected session can chat normally again.
