Update download stuck at 0% stalled, and will not allow for new update installation

What issue are you seeing?

When attempting to update the app to the latest version from the previous version (26.901.41600 --> New version) the update stalls at 130KB of 24 MB downloaded, and does not continue.. Not sure what could be happening, or if this issue is happening for other users? I have tried resetting windows store, stopping the download, restarting it, pausing, and resuming, completely cancelling closing the app resetting the store and trying an update with ChatGPT closed.

What is the expected behavior?

The expected behavior is that the app prepares the download, downloads, completes the download, proceeds to install, and re-starts the app on the newest version.
