Problem
A local Codex project is fully visible and readable in the Windows desktop app, but the complete project and its chats are missing in Remote access.
Local desktop state

Visible chats:
GPT - SteeringGPT - CleanUp - FortsetzungGPT - CleanUpGPT - Tutor
Steps already tried
- Restarted the desktop app and the Remote client.
- Removed and re-paired the Remote connection.
- Checked the Remote project list again.
The project remains missing in Remote. Locally, the project and chats are still present and readable.
Expected behavior
Remote should show the connected host's existing local project and its chats.
Actual behavior
The host connection is available, but the complete project and its chats are not discoverable in Remote.
