Summary
After exhausting the quota for GPT-5.6 Sol, switching to GPT-5.3 Codex Spark does not allow sending prompts. The chat session remains locked with the previous usage limit error, even though the account settings show 100% remaining quota for GPT-5.3 Codex Spark.
Observed Behavior
- In the account usage settings,
GPT-5.3-Codex-Sparkclearly shows:- 5-hour limit: 100% remaining
- Weekly limit: 100% remaining
- In the chat window, the banner states:
You're out of Codex and Work usage. Add credits to keep going now, or wait for usage to reset on 9월 13일 오전 10:36 - Prompt submission remains completely blocked with the warning:
사용 한도에 도달했습니다. 계속하려면 크레딧을 추가하거나 2026. 9. 13. 오전 10:36에 다시 시도하세요.

Research direction
Start with feedback ID 019fea46-f61b-7db2-8175-4cddd0cbf3a9 and compare the account usage settings with the chat window's limit state. Reproduce by exhausting GPT-5.6 Sol, switching to GPT-5.3 Codex Spark, and attempting to submit a prompt; done means the available Spark quota permits submission.
