The app enters an infinite reload/refresh loop immediately upon opening and never loads the main interface. Meanwhile, chatgpt.com works normally in web browsers.

Multiple zombie ChatGPT.exe renderer/GPU processes persist in the background, locking cache files and consuming substantial CPU/RAM.

Attempted fixes that failed to resolve the issue:

1. Terminating processes in Task Manager.
2. Windows Settings > App Repair and Reset.
3. Full uninstall and reinstall from the Microsoft Store.
