What steps can reproduce the bug?
For example if I say "Use @Browser to open my account at X and check something" it will open it in the cloud browser. When I ask it why doesn't it use the in app browser, it says that it doesn't have the tools to do it.
What is the expected behavior?
When using the @Browser plugin in ChatGTP work, it should do everything in the in app/side panel browser,
