Description
What variant of Codex are you using?
App, in ChatGPT desktop on macOS.
What feature would you like to see?
Please provide a way to browse all available curated skills in Plugins → Skills without entering a search query.
Some skills appear when I search for them but aren't visible in the unfiltered listings. Examples include gh-address-comments, gh-fix-ci, and yeet. Search works, but discovering these skills requires already knowing what to search for.
To observe the difference:
- Open Plugins → Skills with the search field empty.
- Browse the available listings for those skills.
- Search for one of their names and observe that it appears in the results.
A Browse all view, pagination, or Show more control would address this. Featured or recommended sections can remain, with a clear route to the complete catalog. Every curated skill available through search should also be reachable by browsing.
Additional information
Observed with ChatGPT desktop 26.901.31953 (build 7868) on macOS 27.0, Apple Silicon.
This request concerns discovering available skills in the Desktop catalog. #16091 describes a similar search-only discovery problem in the CLI's $ picker, but that report concerns browsing already installed skills in a different UI.

Research direction
Start in the Desktop app's Plugins → Skills catalog and compare the empty-search listings with results for gh-address-comments, gh-fix-ci, and yeet. Trace how the catalog populates both states; done means every curated skill available through search is reachable without entering a query, via browsing, pagination, or Show more.
