[Codex App] Enabling “Bottom panel” header control hides the message composer

Summary

Enabling Bottom panel → Show the bottom panel control in the app header causes the message composer at the bottom of the Codex app to disappear. The issue persists after restarting the app. Disabling the setting restores the composer.

2. Observe that the message composer at the bottom of the app disappears.
3. Restart the app with the setting enabled; the composer remains missing.
4. Disable the setting; the composer reappears.

The message composer remains visible and usable when the bottom panel header control is enabled, including after an app restart.

Actual behavior

The composer disappears while the setting is enabled, preventing message entry through that field.

Workaround

Disable Bottom panel → Show the bottom panel control in the app header.
