[macOS] Appshots cannot capture the ChatGPT app itself

Problem

I cannot take an Appshot of the ChatGPT desktop app itself. The target I want to capture is the ChatGPT window, so I can provide its visible UI as context in a conversation.

Reproduction scenario

1. Open the ChatGPT desktop app on macOS.
2. Bring the ChatGPT window you want to capture to the foreground.
3. Attempt to take an Appshot of that window.

Actual behavior

I cannot obtain an Appshot of the ChatGPT app itself.

Expected behavior

I should be able to explicitly capture the ChatGPT app window and attach it as context. If capturing the app itself is intentionally unsupported, please make that limitation clear in the UI and consider supporting this use case.

This report describes the user's observed behavior; no independent reproduction or root-cause diagnosis has been performed. The exact failure message and whether other apps capture successfully have not been established.

I searched existing open and closed issues for Appshot/Appshots, ChatGPT, and self-capture terms and did not find a matching report. #34788 concerns Work mode versus Chat mode capture reliability after switching away, rather than capturing the ChatGPT window itself.

Start by reproducing the Appshot attempt on macOS using the reported ChatGPT desktop and macOS versions, with the ChatGPT window in the foreground. The issue names no files, tests, or entry points, so trace the existing Appshot capture path and compare self-capture with other applications. Done means the ChatGPT window can be captured, or the UI clearly explains that self-capture is unsupported.
