Image using a banked reset pushes the reset date forward despite recent change claiming to not do that anymore

What steps can reproduce the bug?

using a banked reset on windows

What is the expected behavior?

resetting usage without resetting the reset window time

Additional information

since I technically burned 5 days of a reset window here, can I get a new reset 🗡️
