What issue are you seeing?
Immediately after upgrading from an active free ChatGPT Plus trial to ChatGPT Pro in Germany, checkout charged €103 including tax. Codex Desktop then showed the Pro subscription price as €114/month under Settings > Usage & billing.
The two user-facing amounts disagree by €11 for the same subscription. I have not observed a €114 charge; the discrepancy currently appears to be in the Codex billing display or the data used by that display.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Have an active free ChatGPT Plus trial on an account billed in Germany.
- Upgrade to ChatGPT Pro before the trial expires.
- Complete checkout and observe a charge of €103 including tax.
- Open Codex Desktop.
- Navigate to Settings > Usage & billing.
- Observe that the Pro subscription is displayed as €114/month.
What is the expected behavior?
Codex should display the same localized, tax-inclusive recurring price as checkout and the billing record. If €114 represents a different amount, estimate, or future renewal price, the UI should label it clearly and explain how it relates to the €103 charge.
