What issue are you seeing?

I was coincidentally working on fixing an actual bug in Codex and had it build the CLI sourcecode incorporating the commit that has already fixed said bug in upstream (#42369). Oddly, though, as the build was progressing, I was receiving the "You have less than xx left" messages and it ended up depleting some 50% of tokens from my 5h allowance, possibly more. I suspect that it was actively monitoring the compilation output and consuming the tokens for its analysis, which it definitely should not have.
