My conversation was entirely in English, but Codex automatically inserted a German
recap:

There is no apparent setting to disable automatic recaps or choose their language.
Recaps should preserve the conversation language, and users should be able to disable
them.
Environment: macOS 26.6.2; Codex CLI 0.153.0. Include a screenshot and the conversation
URL/session identifier if available.

What is the expected behavior?
Recap in the language I'm talking to the agent obviously. Don't make language choices for me.
