Description

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

not sure what this means

What subscription do you have?

Upgraded to workspase today

What platform is your computer?

no idea

What issue are you seeing?

My chat gpt is not working correctly I paid 54 $ to upgrade due to credits. However my history did not transfer the workspace asked me to go back to account and start sharing links so it had memory. Then I did and used all my credits. I never got to work with it. I have a grant Im supposed to be working and turn in by 8am and I was not able to complete information the entire reason I upgraded. Im very frustrated. I ahve attached all documents as Chat GPT told me to because it also stated this error should not be a penalty on my end.

What is the expected behavior?

Please reimburse credit usage since I paid to upgrade and error was not on my end and I had to stop pasting links to assist workspace because again I was out of credits

Research direction

No repository file, test, platform, version, or reproducible technical steps are identified. Start with Feedback ID 01a069b9-462c-7a52-b9e3-5ff1eab278d7 and the attached screenshots, then verify the workspace upgrade, credit usage, and history-transfer behavior; done would require a confirmed account-level resolution.
