Description
What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?
Codex CLI 0.153.0
What subscription do you have?
Pro
What platform is your computer?
Darwin 27.0.0 arm64 arm
What issue are you seeing?
Prior to the most recent update there was a "Security" tab on the top left over the various chat logs. While I can still chat about my security scans the organized security page is now just gone?? I can't tell if this was an intended removal or not? I can't understand why it would have been removed intentionally because it was very useful as a hub to view vulnerability reports and generate patches.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
I didn't do anything other that update codex.
What is the expected behavior?
There should be a security tab. Right next to Plugins and Scheduled.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the missing Security tab in Codex CLI 0.153.0 on Darwin and compare the interface before and after the update. The issue is done when a Security tab appears next to Plugins and Scheduled and provides the expected security-scan hub.
