Description
What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?
Version 26.901.20858
What subscription do you have?
Pro
What platform is your computer?
Darwin 25.6.0 arm64 arm
What issue are you seeing?
I use the "Remote" feature so my macbook and my iphone can kick off tasks on my mac mini, but right now they all say disconnected. They all have the right settings in the "connections" section and say they have access but the actual tasks are disconnected. I tried re-adding them in the settings but getting gateway timeouts and spinning loops. On the iphone that is connected when I go into the remote section it's asking me to set it up as if it's the first time.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Feedback ID: no-active-thread-01a067ee-c0db-7663-9e8e-c4c56697741b
What is the expected behavior?
I should be able to see my tasks on other devices as I have before.

Research direction
Start with the Remote and Connections flows on macOS and iOS, using feedback ID no-active-thread-01a067ee-c0db-7663-9e8e-c4c56697741b to inspect the disconnected state, gateway timeouts, and setup loop. Done means devices can reconnect and tasks started on the Mac mini appear on the MacBook and iPhone.
