I encountered what appears to be an abnormal usage issue. My weekly usage allowance of ChatGPT Pro $250/month plan was exhausted in approximately 4 hours of use.

Description

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

Version 26.825.51511

What subscription do you have?

ChatGPT Pro $250/month plan

What platform is your computer?

X64

What issue are you seeing?

I purchased the $250 Pro tier specifically because it is advertised as the highest-usage Pro tier. Exhausting the entire weekly allowance in approximately four hours is unexpected and makes the subscription difficult to use for its intended purpose.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Feedback ID: no-active-thread-01a06776-ce95-76c0-a5bf-a98cba504cf6

What is the expected behavior?

should be taking 30+ hours running of the same tasks and works.

Research direction

Start with the Codex App version, subscription details, and Feedback ID in the issue. Investigate how the reported usage allowance is measured for this workload and whether the feedback record provides enough information to reproduce it. Done means the cause of the four-hour exhaustion is identified and the expected allowance behavior is verified.
