Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64

What issue are you seeing?

After I download the current update 26.901.20858, I can't send a prompt anymore...

What steps can reproduce the bug?

On existing project conversation, the arrow up icon (or send icon) is disabled

then when i hit enter or click the send icon, it stuck only in loading

Then when i start a new conversation, the send is working, but it will send a result based on your previous prompt, then when i try to send a prompt again, it's now disabled.

Research direction

No source file, test, or entry point is named. First reproduce the disabled-send and perpetual-loading behavior in the Codex App on Windows, then trace the existing-project and new-conversation prompt submission paths. Done means prompts can be submitted repeatedly in both conversation types instead of becoming disabled or stuck loading.
