Description
I am using a ChatGPT Enterprise workspace. Existing Projects and their conversations are visible correctly in ChatGPT Web and ChatGPT Classic, but the same Projects are completely absent from the Projects section of the new ChatGPT desktop app (ChatGPT/Codex app with the Chat/Work toggle).
I have confirmed that I am signed into the same Enterprise account and workspace in all clients.
Example project: RFP/RFQ Expert Responder
The project's files remain accessible through my ChatGPT Library, so the underlying cloud content is present. The issue appears limited to project/conversation discovery or synchronization in the new desktop client.
Expected behavior: Existing Enterprise Projects should appear under Projects in the new desktop app, consistent with OpenAI's July 16, 2026 desktop release documentation.
Actual behavior: The project appears in Web and ChatGPT Classic but is completely absent from the new desktop application.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the missing Projects behavior in the new desktop app with an Enterprise workspace, then compare it with Web and ChatGPT Classic. Done means existing Enterprise Projects, including their conversations, appear in the desktop app's Projects section without affecting Library access.
