Description
What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?
Powered by Codex & OWL Versión 26.831.21537
What subscription do you have?
ChatGPT Business workspace
What platform is your computer?
Windows
What issue are you seeing?
I’m using the latest ChatGPT Desktop app on Windows with the same ChatGPT Business workspace where Workspace Agents are available on the web.
On web, I can see and use my agents normally.
On Desktop, the Agents entry is missing from the sidebar, and typing @ does not show my Workspace Agents.
However, if I search for an old conversation where I previously used one of those agents, I can reopen that conversation and the agent works correctly.
This suggests the agents are available and permissions are correct, but the Desktop app is not showing the Agents discovery/navigation UI.
I have already updated/reinstalled the latest Desktop version and signed out/in, with no change.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

- Sign in to the latest ChatGPT Desktop app for Windows using the same account and Business workspace where Workspace Agents are available on the web.
- Open the desktop app and check the left sidebar. The Agents section is not visible.
- Start a new chat and type @. Workspace Agents do not appear in the list.
- Search for and open an older conversation that was previously started with one of my Workspace Agents.
- The agent loads correctly and can be used normally inside that existing conversation.
- Return to a new chat: the agent is still not discoverable from the sidebar or via @.
Expected result: Workspace Agents should be visible and discoverable in the Desktop app, as they are on the web.
Actual result: Existing agent conversations work, but there is no way to discover or start a new conversation with those agents from the Desktop UI.
What is the expected behavior?
The Agents entry should be visible in the sidebar and Workspace Agents should be discoverable from a new chat, as they are on web.
Additional information
The issue persists after reinstalling the latest Windows Desktop app and signing out/in. Existing agent conversations continue to work normally, which suggests the problem is limited to agent discovery/navigation in the Desktop UI.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in the Windows Desktop app using a Business workspace where Workspace Agents are available on the web. Start with the sidebar Agents entry and the @ mention list in a new chat, then compare them with an existing agent conversation. Done means the Agents entry and Workspace Agents are discoverable in new chats while existing conversations continue to work.
