What issue are you seeing?

Existing ChatGPT Projects do not appear in the Linux ChatGPT/Codex desktop app, so the user cannot access their projects from the app.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
  1. Install and open the Linux ChatGPT/Codex desktop app.
  2. Sign in to the user's ChatGPT account.
  3. Open the sidebar / Projects area.
  4. Observe that existing ChatGPT Projects are not shown.

Existing ChatGPT Projects associated with the signed-in account should appear in the desktop app and be accessible from the sidebar.

What is the actual behavior?

No existing ChatGPT Projects are displayed in the Linux desktop app.
