What issue are you seeing?
When submitting a prompt, Codex continues to hang. Usually the first prompt in a new session succeeds, however the follow-on prompt fails. The submit spinner just spins, the prompt is not submitted. It's not possible to cancel the prompt submission.
This has been an ongoing issue for the past week.
