问题：
从开始菜单点击 ChatGPT 后，没有窗口或报错弹窗。后续查询未发现 Codex/ChatGPT 进程，Alt+Tab 中也没有窗口。
已尝试但无效：
- 重新安装、移除旧快捷方式、重启电脑。
- Windows 设置中的“修复”。
- 更新此前手动设置的 CODEX_CLI_PATH，随后移除该变量并重新登录/重启。
诊断结果：
- AppModel-Runtime 日志中，事件 201、210、211 显示 Windows 已成功创建应用进程及桌面 AppX 容器。
- 对应时间范围内，未查到相关 Application 崩溃记录或 TWinUI 事件。
- 在检查的几个候选目录中，未找到可读取的应用日志。
- 直接运行 WindowsApps 安装目录中的 app\Codex.exe 时提示“拒绝访问”，但正常开始菜单启动能够产生进程创建记录。
