Description

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

Version 26.810.41047

What subscription do you have?

enterprise

What platform is your computer?

No response

What issue are you seeing?

I have a conversation in a folder, but then later I'll spot a different conversation popping up in "recent" tab. it doesn't entail my question, it's only an answer and it wasn't visible to me in the folder conversation. Like there's a second half of our convo being inserted in a different place.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just have a normal conversation, then after the response is generated inside the chat, if you look at your left rail, there will be another response that's connected with the topic I just discussed. But it didn't include what I asked, it was just a response out of nowhere.

What is the expected behavior?

No response

Research direction

Start by reproducing this in Codex App version 26.810.41047: conduct a normal conversation in a folder, then compare the folder conversation with the Recent view after the response appears. Check whether an unsolicited related response is created as a separate conversation. Done means responses remain in the original folder conversation and no unexplained Recent entry appears.
