Description

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

26.825.51511

What subscription do you have?

ChatGPT Plus

What platform is your computer?

Windows 11 64-bit

What issue are you seeing?

The Cloud Browser does not open in the ChatGPT Work app for Windows. When I ask ChatGPT to open Facebook in the Cloud Browser, it says that Facebook has been opened, but the right panel remains on “Side chat” and no browser is displayed. The Cloud Browser is enabled in my ChatGPT Plus account and worked correctly before the latest update.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Feedback ID: 01a057d4-997b-7d41-8e1e-5f67343817b9

What is the expected behavior?

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in the ChatGPT Work app on Windows 11 using the provided Feedback ID and the described request to open Facebook. Check the Cloud Browser and right-panel behavior after the latest update; done means the requested site opens in the right panel instead of leaving it on “Side chat”.
