我在 Windows 10 上安装了 ChatGPT 桌面应用，希望使用其中的 Codex 功能。但是打开应用后，窗口一直是白色的，无法正常进入界面。重新打开后，问题仍然存在。

目前应用已经能够启动窗口，所以我遇到的主要问题是启动后界面无法加载，而不是单纯下载安装包失败。

重要背景：这台电脑还有尚未排除的内存问题

最近这台电脑还出现过系统蓝屏。运行 Windows 内存诊断后，测试界面提示“检测到硬件问题”，进入系统后又弹出“你的计算机存在内存问题”。

我尚未确认这个内存问题已经修复，也不能确定客户端白屏是否与它有关。我没有证据证明是 ChatGPT/Codex 导致了蓝屏或硬件故障。

蓝屏是在主机从桌面搬到桌下之后开始出现的，但没有拆装内部硬件，也没有明显磕碰，目前尚未确定搬动与故障之间是否存在因果关系。
