When you close a project and then reopen it, the session can't be viewed.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

If you remove an item from Codex and then add it back, the original sessions for that item will disappear from the list and you won’t be able to open them to view.

What is the expected behavior?

No response

I think it might be related to lazy loading in conversations
