What issue are you seeing?

Please add support for Vim's uppercase word motions in vim for Codex CLI:

W - move forward to the next word
B - move backward to the previous word
E - move to the end of the current/next word

The lowercase motions w, b, and e currently work, but their uppercase counterparts don't appear to be implemented.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Start Codex CLI.
2. Enable Vim mode with /vim.
3. Enter some text containing punctuation, e.g.:
   foo.bar/baz hello-world
4. Press Esc to enter Normal mode.
5. Try b and B, or w and W.

b, w, and e work, but B, W, and E do not provide the corresponding Vim word motion. Other uppercase Vim commands such as A can be used, so this appears to be missing Vim motion support rather than the terminal failing to transmit the Shift modifier.

What is the expected behavior?

Match standard Vim behavior:
lowercase w / b / e operate on Vim "words" and uppercase W / B / E operate on whitespace-separated Vim "WORDs"

I tried this behavior using Ghostty's and Zed's built-in terminal as well as inside and out of tmux. Thank you!

The issue requests Vim-mode support for the uppercase word motions B, W, and E in the Rust-based Codex CLI, but names no files or tests. Start by locating the existing Vim-mode motion handling and related tests; done means all three motions behave as expected and the relevant tests pass.
