Text input box covers up text output so text output cannot be read. No error message. This is a UI bug.

What is the expected behavior?
I expect to be able to see the output ChatGPT produces. This is what I'm paying for.
Additional information
Used to behave like #37849 which was annoying but still usable. Is this a fix for that bug? If so, you overcorrected. Now the last line of output is unreadable.
